FAQ
Questions buyers ask before sending an RFQ
A dedicated FAQ page supports both product confidence and search visibility.
What information is needed for a fast quote?
Engine model, ESN or serial number, part number if available, quantity, destination, application and photos. For generator sets, add kVA, voltage, frequency, phase, altitude and noise requirements.
Can AORIGHT supply both complete engines and small parts?
Yes. The site is structured around both project packages and urgent spare parts. Single parts, maintenance batches, replacement engines and integrated modules can all be quoted.
How do you avoid wrong parts?
Parts are checked by model, ESN, part number, application, equipment model and visual confirmation. For uncertain cases, we request photos of nameplates, installed parts and engine layout.
Which industries are the priority?
Marine vessels, mining equipment, oil and gas field fleets, industrial power, construction sites, generator systems, critical backup power and general machinery.
Can you support both genuine and OEM options?
AORIGHT can quote according to the buyer's target: genuine, OEM, replacement or project-suitable configuration. The final option depends on model, stock, budget and lead time.
What is the usual MOQ?
For stocked spare parts, small quantities can normally be quoted. Complete engines, generator sets and powertrain packages are handled by project requirement.
What packing methods are available?
Small parts are packed in cartons or neutral export packages. Engines, generator sets and heavy modules use wooden cases, pallets, skids or container loading plans.
What logistics options are available?
Express, air freight, sea freight, truck freight and project cargo can be arranged according to urgency, size, weight, packing and destination.
